Next Link Solutions LLC, doing business as NXT LINK ("NXT LINK," "we," or "us"), operates a business procurement website and web app. This policy explains the information we collect, how we use it, and who can see it. Contact us at contact@nxtlinktech.com for privacy questions or requests.
Information we collect
When you create an account or use NXT LINK, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, work email, company, role, business contact details, and profile information. Buyers may provide requests, specifications, budgets, timelines, locations, project details, messages, quotes, and vendor selections. Vendors may provide descriptions of products, services, or technology, service areas, capabilities, qualifications, certifications, listings, quotes, messages, and photos. We also collect information you send to support.
Our systems receive technical information used to run and protect the site, such as IP address, browser and device information, sign-in activity, and application logs. Cookies or similar storage may keep you signed in and remember your settings. We will update this policy if we add material new tracking or data uses.
Do not submit Social Security numbers, medical records, payment-card numbers, or another person’s confidential information through ordinary requests, listings, messages, or uploads.
How we use information
We use information to operate accounts and listings; receive requests; identify relevant vendors; enable messages and quotes; organize Deal Rooms; provide customer support and service notifications; review vendor information; prevent misuse; maintain security and records; improve the service; and comply with law. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. We do not currently process purchases or payment-card information through the web app.
Who can see it
Information you choose to publish in a vendor listing may be seen by visitors and other users. Authorized people at your company may see company account information. NXT LINK personnel may access information when needed to operate, support, secure, or review activity on the platform.
Relevant details of a buyer’s request may be shared with vendors invited to consider that request. A buyer can see quotes submitted for its request. Each vendor can see its own quote, its own conversation, and information shared with it for that opportunity. Other vendors cannot see competing quotes or private Deal Room conversations.
We use providers to host, maintain, secure, and deliver the service. They may handle information for those purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law, to address fraud or security concerns, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not make private deal messages or quotes public without authorization.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can update information available in your account. Email contact@nxtlinktech.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. We may verify your identity before acting. Some records may need to be retained for security, disputes, legal obligations, or another legitimate business reason. Where a privacy law gives you additional rights, we will provide those rights as applicable. Necessary account and transaction notices may continue while your account is open.
Retention and security
We keep information while needed to operate accounts and opportunities and for a reasonable period afterward for records, security, disputes, and legal obligations. We consider the type of record and its purpose when deciding when to delete it. Closing an account does not automatically erase another participant’s copy of a shared transaction record. We use reasonable safeguards, including access controls, to protect information. No internet service can guarantee perfect security. Report suspected unauthorized access to contact@nxtlinktech.com.
Cookies and browser signals
You may limit cookies in your browser, although sign-in or other features may stop working. We consider applicable legal requirements for browser privacy signals, including Global Privacy Control. A browser’s Do Not Track setting does not create a uniform technical response across all websites. We will update this section if we add advertising or nonessential tracking tools.
Children and changes
NXT LINK is intended for business users age 18 or older, not children. We may change this policy as the service changes. We will post an updated effective date and provide additional notice when required or when a material change warrants it.
